HUD scaling improved

Fixed a small bug regarding player movement

Added a timer to race against, now you have a reason to BOOOOOST!!!

Also boost pickups respawn now so you'll never run out even if you have to make a few rounds to get all the coins.

Coins give you 2,5 seconds back to your timer.
